All roads lead to Vic Falls Carnival…

Africa’s most exhilarating music and adventure festival, Vic Falls Carnival, returns for the 11^th Edition from 28^th – 30^th April 2023.

For the first time this year, Vic Falls Carnival is partnering with The Wild Africa Fund to raise awareness of poaching, habitat loss, and human-wildlife conflict. Wild Africa Fund aims to promote wildlife tourism and carbon offset as sources of conservation and sustainable development funding. It directly supports local wildlife programs and promotes humans and wildlife thriving together.

Vic Falls Carnival is proud to join forces with The Wild Africa Fund to raise awareness and promote its efforts to preserve Africa’s natural beauty and wildlife, as well as the communities that rely on it.

Another greening partnership for Vic Falls Carnival this year is the ‘We Are Victoria Falls’ initiative representing the tourism community of Victoria Falls. Formed under the direction of the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change, Tourism, and Hospitality Industry they coordinate all events in the SADC region to be cognisant of the fact that they are playing in a wildlife space. Vic Falls Carnival will be the “blueprint event” that is aligned with looking after the animals and creating an event that is animal friendly and animal safe. Some of the initiatives that will be implemented are the use of buses to transport people instead of having cars on the roads at late hours to protect both animals and festival goers.

Set in the heart of Africa in one of the Natural Wonders of the World, the carnival not only takes place in one of the most beautiful places in the world, but it also offers fans from around the globe adrenalin-pumping adventure activities and curated music events during the day building up to the nightly, main music attraction – the Vic Falls Carnival Main Stage.

Vic Falls Carnival has once again created the best way to spend three days at Victoria Falls. Travel, adventure, and of course, African music, all in one renowned setting, Africa’s majestic Mosi-oa-Tunya, ‘the smoke that thunders’.

The Vic Falls Carnival Main Stage at Elephant Hills Resort features a stellar line-up of over 30 of Africa’s hottest music acts on one stage from Friday, 28^th April – Sunday, 30^th April 2023.

Saturday 29 April 2023

12 pm – 6 pm: VIP Pool Party hosted by Boity (VIP ticket holders only). Theme: “White with a Touch of Peach” @ Elephant Hill Resort’s Pool. Oskido, the Godfather of House music will keep the crowd on their feet. (VIP ticket holders only)
6 pm – 2 am: Vic Falls Carnival Main Stage @ Elephant Hills Resort – Driving Range.

Sunday 30 April 2023

12 pm – 6 pm: VIP Private Party @ Zambezi House featuring a host of VFC’s top artists. (VIP ticket holders only)

For the first time in its long-established history, Vic Falls Carnival will be crossing the Zambezi to include Zambia in a series of special events at the Radisson Blu Mosi-Oa-Tunya, Livingstone Resort entitled “Vic Falls Carnival presents – Destination: Livingstone”. The festival is an extension of Vic Falls Carnival in partnership with Timedia and Radisson Blu Hotel Mosi-Oa-Tunya Livingstone Resort and will feature some of the headlining acts from Vic Falls Carnival.
